:: (NEW) Bi-Weekly Mortgage Calculator

---------------------------------------------------------------
Summary
This calculator will help approximate how much total interest you can save on your mortgage loan if you were to switch from monthly payments to bi-weekly ones, and how much quicker you can pay off the loan.

How to Use the Bi-Weekly Mortgage Calculator
The results of this bi-weekly mortgage calculator are for comparison purposes only. The results may vary and are only approximations. This calculation is meant more for Conforming Fixed loans. It will not work on Interest-Only loans.

To use, enter values for the Remaining Mortgage Balance, Monthly Mortgage Balance, and Monthly Interest Rate. You can look at your Mortgage statement for help in getting this information. After you enter the necessary data select the Calculate button. Clicking the Reset button will clear entered values.

Enter only numeric values (no commas), using decimal points where needed. Non-numeric values will cause errors.
